Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join its management team. The HR Manager will report to the Division HR Director and will operate from its plant in Sabadell.
The HR Manager will design HR plans and ensure activities are aligned with the plant's plans and strategic objectives. The Human Resources Manager will partner with the local Operations Management team and lead the HR function for the unit.

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required or combination of business experience and education.
* Relevant experience in progressive HR content, preferably in multinational environments.
* Ability to manage complexity and support business achievement of ambitions.
* Resilient and good at establishing trustful relationships.
* Combination of business mindset and people orientation is a must.
* Able to work and influence successfully in a matrix organization.
* Strong intrinsic motivation, positive charisma, and high degree of personal integrity, reliability, influence, and identification with the Company.
* Strong people management skills.
* Excellent at driving accountability and results.
* Ability to develop team performance levels to meet operational excellence.
* Cross-cultural awareness and global mindset.
* Fluent in Spanish and English is a must.
