Sr. Operation Project Manager, Global Role
As a key member of our operations team, you'll oversee and manage projects aimed at improving Sales and Customer Support, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your role will involve driving new ideas and solutions, grounded in customer feedback, to enhance our upsell teams' performance and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional projects, aligning them with strategic goals and delivering results on time and within budget.
* Analyze data using tools to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
* Develop and implement playbooks and content that elevate the customer experience and reflect our operations' growth across markets.
* Bring innovative solutions to challenges, proactively addressing them strategically.
* Maintain a customer feedback loop to meet evolving needs and expectations.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to share insights and drive initiatives.
* Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, focusing on improving the GTM and retention strategy, and deeply understanding sales processes and the customer journey within our upsell products.
* Develop comprehensive plans specifying goals, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated success in managing projects, preferably in tech companies, with the ability to push initiatives forward and collaborate across multiple teams and departments.
* Proficiency in SQL and the ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
* Expertise in creating training programs and comprehensive documentation, enabling efficient processes across the organization.
* Deep understanding of customer needs, with experience in gathering and acting on user feedback to enhance customer experiences.
* Experience in developing and executing effective sales and GTM strategies, with a strong understanding of the B2B landscape, particularly in healthcare.
* Skilled in using project management tools like JIRA and Trello to manage and streamline project workflows.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities, essential for stakeholder management and team collaboration.
* Adept at identifying challenges and developing creative solutions to overcome them.
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and pivot strategies as needed.
* Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
