Job Description
As a Data Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and sustainability. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and user stories to drive platform enhancements. Your expertise will ensure that our products align with the company's data strategy and technological capabilities, delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing data-driven solutions.
Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and sustainability
* Lead cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with the company's data strategy and technological capabilities
* Oversee data infrastructure requirements, ensuring data quality and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics and data products into existing systems
* Define product architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of data-driven solutions, and staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements to drive product innovation
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
* 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner
* Strong understanding of data analytics, data engineering, and relevant technologies such as data visualization tools, databases, cloud platforms, and machine learning concepts
* Proficiency in agile practices and frameworks, including Scrum or Kanban, to effectively lead product development, prioritize features, and ensure iterative delivery
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business needs, get buy-ins, and effectively communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders
