The Role
* We seek a seasoned professional to join our Client Success team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with a variety of clients across various business functions.
* You will introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate the value to decision-makers.
* You will facilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend a program of action that drives high value and return on investment.
* Collaborate with internal partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients.
* Conduct regular reviews of client book of business looking into performance and key client engagement metrics.
Requirements
* 4+ years of relevant professional experience or internship experience in a related field.
* Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
* Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
* Ability to use Spanish and English at a business level (speaking, reading & writing).
