What will you be doing?
Responsible for the effective management of a team of Regional Candidate Experience Partners, whose roles are to source top talent and drive a positive and seamless candidate experience.
To that end the role with Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Partnering and Talent Support Coordination teams.
Lead, manage and coach the team ensuring processes are adhered to and the team is empowered to utilize innovative and collaborative techniques to build strong candidate pipelines.
By leveraging data-driven insights, applying advanced sourcing techniques, and promoting diversity and inclusion, this role plays a key part in shaping the client's future workforce.
Key responsibilities:
Day to day management of Candidate Experience Partners in Region :
* Manage and coach the team ensuring processes and best practice are adhered to in line with KPIs and SLAs.
* Drive performance within the team, analyzing sourcing and conversion data using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess the efficiency of sourcing efforts and support optimize recruitment strategies.
* Ensure the development and maintenance of a community of potential future candidates, ensuring the teams effective communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Empower the team to proactively identify, source, and engage top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, employee referrals, and advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean searches.
* Ensure all processes are carried out accurately and efficiently focusing on candidate experience.
* Support by shadowing or coaching critical or hard to fill roles / troubleshooting difficult cases.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers, Regional Talent Acquisition Coordinators Team Lead, and other stakeholders to improve talent acquisition processes, ensuring efficiency and innovation in sourcing and candidate engagement.
* Promote inclusion at the client's company by ensuring diverse candidate pools for all positions.
What you will bring:
* English and Spanish or German fluent.
* In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques, social media and professional networking platforms (e.G., LinkedIn), and innovative candidate engagement practices.
* Strong understanding of labor market trends, talent availability, and industry-specific recruitment challenges to inform sourcing strategies and advise hiring managers.
* Prior experience in managing a sourcing team, conducting market research, and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and other social media channels to identify and engage top talent.
* Engage with ownership and inclusivity.
