In this role, you will be leading the team responsible for cyber offensive and threat intelligence operations at Edwards Lifesciences. This team is critical to delivering unique threat insights and services that help protect Edwards’ mission of delivering innovative medical solutions that improve patient lives around the globe.
You will make an impact by:
1. Developing and leading the execution and delivery of high-impact cyber offensive services and products in support of the business and its mission of serving patients.
2. Planning, leading, and executing offensive security engagements, leveraging the latest cyber threat intelligence tailored to Edwards, including penetration tests, red team engagements, and purple team exercises.
3. Leading a team of cyber offensive testers/operators and cyber threat analysts, defining and executing clear expectations and goals.
4. Implementing and managing an effective and efficient operating model for consistently delivering high-quality services and products, safely and ethically.
5. Cultivating and delivering high-quality/high-value cyber threat intelligence products to various technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
6. Building cross-functional partnerships to maximize your team’s positive impact at Edwards.
7. Effectively communicating complex technical subject matter to a wide variety of audiences.
What you'll need:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related field.
2. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience executing and leading cyber offensive operations.
3. Experience leading and mentoring a team of creative and technical professionals.
4. Must have red team and/or purple team experience and the ability to plan, build, and execute these types of engagements.
5. Must have enterprise infrastructure/network pentesting experience.
6. High level of proficiency with OPSEC-aligned techniques/methodologies/tools for executing safe and ethical cyber offensive engagements.
7. Experience designing and operating secure and resilient attack infrastructure.
8. Experience implementing formal cyber offensive security and threat intelligence methodologies.
9. Understanding of industry frameworks covering adversary TTPs, attack patterns, and threat modeling.
10. Experience performing threat modeling.
11. Understanding of common enterprise technologies and cloud-based services.
12. Ability to collaborate and problem-solve across various domains.
13. Experience establishing and managing customer relationships.
14. Experience developing and delivering reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
16. Technical certification in the cyber offensive domain.
What else we look for:
1. Security architecture and/or cyber detection and response experience.
2. IT infrastructure and/or software development experience.
3. Familiarity with OT/Manufacturing cybersecurity.
