We are currently looking for a HR Services Business Development Manager. In this multifaceted role, you will oversee and execute HR policies and practices, as well as manage and develop external HR services.
This is a unique opportunity for an HR professional with experience in both commercial and operational roles to contribute to a thriving organization.
You will join a collaborative, innovative team and play a key role in supporting internal operations and external client relations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Managing Director and Executive Director, you will focus on:
o Internal HR Management
o Oversee Labour and Legal Administration (with external support)
o Supervision of Talent Attraction, Retention, and Development
o Track HR KPIs and drive process improvements
o Manage key service providers, including PRL, mutual insurance, and ERP systems
* External Client Management & Business Development
o Oversee consultant onboarding, Statement of Work (SOW) agreements, service proposals, and fee negotiations
o Manage monthly financial and budget closing processes for outsourcing and human resources services provided to external clients, including margin analysis and cost control
o Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project objectives
o Implement retention strategies and ensure effective communication between consultants and clients
o Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with the clients. Participate in the development of commercial proposals, ensuring project viability and profitability
o Gather information to enhance the value proposition and differentiation of consulting services
Background & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
* Experience in both internal HR management and external client service coordination
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills
* Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus
* Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and manage multiple responsibilities
