We are hiring a Senior Manager of Data Analytics & Business Strategy to help further grow iconic jewels like Jumbo, Gino, Bama, Jago, Gallina Blanca, Avecrem, Yatekomo, El Pavo, Devos & Lemmens, Liebig, Royco, Aiki, etc. This role is pivotal in driving the innovation funnel, uncovering new growth opportunities, and guiding business decisions. You will work cross-functionally to optimize data utilization.
Responsibilities:
1. Data strategy, governance, and technology integration.
2. Data analytics and business intelligence.
3. Data-driven performance reporting and metrics.
4. Consumer, shopper, and market insights generation.
You will:
1. Organize & analyze complex data sets and transform them into actionable insights.
2. Develop predictive models & apply advanced statistical analyses.
3. Partner with senior leadership & serve as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
4. Champion data literacy across the organization.
5. Collaborate closely with IT, data engineering, external agencies, and marketing teams.
6. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate external data and analytics tools.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in data analytics, consumer & shopper insights generation, and strategic business intelligence.
2. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
3. Ability to leverage advanced analytics capabilities (e.g., AI modeling).
4. Proven track record of systems that drive business success.
5. Strong collaborative skills across multiple functions & regions.
