Business Development Opportunity in the Spanish Market
Join a leading multinational company in the Packaging sector, specializing in the manufacture of flexible and sustainable packaging solutions for a wide range of industries, including food, consumer goods, and medical products.
Responsibilities:
* Retain and profitably grow existing customers.
* Generate new business with existing and new customers within markets under your responsibility.
* Manage customer profitability to achieve the assigned profitability targets.
* Implement price movements as required by the business to sustain targeted margins.
* Prepare and present product and company presentations to customers and prospects.
* Manage and coordinate responses to customer claims in collaboration with the quality and commercial departments.
* Ensure customer satisfaction in collaboration with necessary departments.
* Attend to price requests and manage the tender/RFP process for assigned accounts.
* Oversee contract and SLA processes with the Commercial team.
* Generate and maintain effective reporting according to the BU sales reporting policy.
* Regularly update the CRM tool, particularly the business pipeline.
* Provide forecasts and budgets for the business under your responsibility.
* Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and databases.
* Gather and assess market feedback regarding news and competitor activities.
* Leverage Commercial Excellence capabilities, tools, and processes.
* Channel ideas for product and service innovation to the company.
* Support and provide input for the NPD process, proposing new products and innovations.
* Participate in courses, training, and other forms of professional development.
* Assist and replace other employees in the department when needed.
