Responsibilities:
* Use a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, and referrals.
* Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
* Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit for specific roles.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
* Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruiting activities.
* Continuously seek new sourcing strategies and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
* 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn; experience with international job boards is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
* Ability to work in a team and independently when necessary.
