Description
As a Senior Partner Manager, you’ll represent NPAW's brand and lead relationships with key strategic partners around the globe. You will manage our partnerships, from development to launch and ongoing partner management. You will grow these partnerships to be an important part of the revenue of the company. This is an essential role in the Sales Team. You have a good mix of skills including an ability to understand a variety of partnerships and their value propositions, to build and deepen partner relationships, and with both internal and external teams, and a desire to increase growth of our business.
Responsibilities
1. Manage all aspects of partner growth: prioritization of business, strategic and financial assessment, structuring and negotiation of new projects, and ongoing partner management with existing global partners.
2. Be accountable for success metrics and partner growth.
3. Maintain direct relationships with partners, proactively resolving issues and creating value.
4. Collaborate with a broad range of team members in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Legal, serving as an advocate for your partners while balancing NPAW’s goals.
5. Connect the Sales Team from our partners with NPAW’s Sales Team to push for the interaction and the success of partnerships in the 4 regions of business.
6. Operate independently, being both an executor/visionary and lead projects with internal and external teams.
Requirements
1. The right person will possess Partner Acquisition, Management or Development experience in the Media / Broadcast / EVP industry understanding market dynamics and needs.
2. A minimum of 5 years of sales, business or partner development, and/or program management experience.
3. Experience in working with Distribution and influencing C-level executives.
4. Experience presenting and articulating complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
5. Verbal and written communication skills and can work effectively across internal and external organizations.
6. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal). Knowledge of other languages is a plus and more than welcome.
