Tasks
* Build relationships and convert leads into satisfied customers.
* Serve as a key point of contact for the Team Manager and Sales function, liaising with the company’s headquarters.
* Assess and understand the specific needs of potential clients, identified through digital acquisition channels, and recommend the most suitable products and services.
* Work closely with the Customer Service team to strengthen client loyalty by responding to inquiries via email and phone and ensuring their satisfaction through appropriate actions.
* Contribute to the refinement and implementation of procedures and tools to support ongoing development within the market.
Requirements
* Native level of Italian.
* Professional level of English.
* Previous experience in call center as a sales consultant, with strong skills in managing daily inbound calls and occasional outbound contacts.
* Skilled in effectively handling objections and offering tailored solutions to meet potential clients' needs.
* Interest in embracing the multidisciplinary approach of an international start-up.
