Job Description
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Administrative to join the pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage, the Food & Beverage Coordinator supports the Director of Food & Beverage in any tasks related to the back office of the Food & Beverage operations of the hotel.
* Set up and configure products, menus, and prices. Create product codes, set prices, and update information as needed.
* Update and modify restaurant menus and offerings as required. Implement seasonal changes, price adjustments, and introduce new dishes or beverages as per business needs.
* Generate reports and analysis on sales, trends, costs, and profitability.
* Provide data to evaluate department performance and support decision-making.
* Coordinate reservations for VIP clients, ensuring exceptional and personalized service. Ensure all needs and expectations of high-profile guests are met during their stay.
* Analyze bookings to identify trends and reservation patterns.
* Develop strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue based on collected data.
* Administer invoices and payments related to DJs, promoters, and complementary services. Ensure accurate and timely billing, ensuring compliance with financial agreements.
Qualifications
What we are looking for...
* Degree with emphasis in Hospitality / Restaurant management.
* 2 years of experience in hospitality within hotels / bars with high volume of food & beverage in a similar administrative role.
* Knowledge of hotel food & beverage operations.
* Proficient knowledge of computer systems such as : Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is required.
* Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
