About the role
Dive into the dynamic world of sales coordination at Reckitt — a hub where your organisational talent, eye for detail, and collaborative spirit drives success. You'll be the backbone of the sales team, streamlining operations, and fostering connections, making every day varied and rewarding. We're looking for a proactive and meticulous Sales Coordinator who thrives in a vibrant environment, ensuring everything from administrative tasks to client communication runs like clockwork.
Your responsibilities
* Works with all the recommendation brands, but mainly with those that have the medical sales team: Nurofen and IFCN.
* Support to OTC brands for interactions with doctors.
* Medical Events and Congresses (Internal and Sponsorship).
* Compliance link with Global and Legal Director.
* Collaborations and contracts with doctors.
* PO's of the medical team.
* Medical providers.
* Internal events (Conventions for the Medical Sales Team).
* Donations to hospitals.
* Management of approvals in Veeva.
* Tracking doctor's profit and loss.
The experience we're looking for
Proven track record in assisting marketing and compliance teams. Minimum 2 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals companies. Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or legal is an advantage. Highly analytical and organized.
