Key Responsibilities:
* Relationship Management: Identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers within high-value strategic accounts. Conduct regular strategy meetings and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
* Revenue Growth: Develop and execute account plans to drive increased revenue through expansion into new geographies, sectors, and products. Leverage analytics and insights to demonstrate the value of Achilles services.
* Customer Retention: Proactively manage the buyer renewal process, ensuring Achilles capabilities are fully utilized to provide maximum value to customers.
* Strategic Planning: Contribute to sector and account strategies, understanding competitor activities, and developing plans that drive long-term growth and success.
* Process Management: Initiate kick-off workshops, coordinate internal teams, and support sales efforts to achieve customer outcomes and resolve escalations.

* Achieving Results: Deliver on revenue targets, monitor projects, and take corrective action when necessary.
Qualifications:
* Experience in managing complex accounts at the executive level, preferably within the target industry.
* Familiarity with consultative selling and formal account management practices.
* Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred; additional languages, Portuguese, French, Italian or Greek are beneficial.
* Proven track record in managing a portfolio of accounts with significant annual recurring revenue.
