* Global Optimization: Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance key account performance; manage key accounts and implement global strategies; optimize pricing and rebates. Lead international projects.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Optimize Global E-commerce: Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance key account performance on major platforms, proactively addressing regional issues.
* Manage Key Accounts: Build strategic partnerships and conduct performance reviews to align with client needs.
* Implement Global Strategies: Oversee category management and Joint Business Plans (JBP) for consistent execution.
* Maximize Pricing & Rebates: Optimize pricing and rebate structures to enhance profitability.
* Mentor Local Teams: Support local teams in improving sales performance.
* Lead International Projects: Collaborate on initiatives to achieve shared key account goals.
Qualifications:
Professional Experience & Education:
* 5-7 years successful global e-commerce account management experience (FMCG or B2B).
* Proven track record exceeding targets and leading high-performing teams.
* Strong sales strategy development & execution skills.
* University degree; MBA preferred.
* Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
Specific Knowledge:
* Deep e-commerce expertise (platforms, marketing, analytics).
* Data-driven decision-making.
* Strong collaboration & influence skills.
* Project management experience.
* Global compliance knowledge (GDPR, advertising standards).
