At GD, we're looking for a System Administrator to join our team in El Prat de Llobregat and help ensure the stability, security, and performance of our IT environment. Monitor and manage Windows and Linux servers, Citrix farms, and network infrastructure. Ensure logical security requirements following GD, PCI, VISA, and MasterCard standards. Design and implement new IT environments based on business needs and certifications. Identify improvements and support automation and capacity expansion initiatives. Maintain infrastructure documentation, diagrams, and CMDB records. Participate in internal IT projects and collaborate with our global IT teams. Troubleshoot issues and provide L3 support, including scheduled monthly weekend maintenance. Assist Help Desk with infrastructure-related issues and support IT security audits. What we are looking for? University degree in Computer Science or related field. Certifications: CCNA and vendor certifications (PaloAlto, Fortinet…), MCSA/MCSE or AZ-800/801. 5 years of experience managing server environments and Cisco networks. Familiar with tools like Nagios, Wireshark, Nmap. Solid experience in IT change management (ITIL framework). Knowledge of SQL Server, IIS, Linux environments, and scripting for automation. Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
