The primary role of the Demonstration Analyst is to manage development, deployment, and maintenance of demonstration environments and strategy. The role will require the individual to work with domain specialists, product management, product marketing, and other key stakeholders to assess the impact and planning of the demonstration environment. Focus will be on the user's journey through storytelling supported in the demo persona(s). Documentation of processes, "how to," and training for the BC community is essential. Communication to the field on the status of the health of the demonstration environment is also required.Key Responsibilities:Ensure peak sales effectiveness by collecting and incorporating sales field feedback into the demonstration environment.Work with Key Business Partners, Software Developers, and other Technical Resources to ensure timely updates that coincide with production and offline demo asset version releases.Conduct analysis activities to define the specifications for the effective construction of information systems, likely to meet the requirements of users.Collaborate with Product Management and Product Business Readiness to upgrade and test the demo environment as new functionality is introduced.Design and implement demo scenarios aligned with the value proposition for the product, in conjunction with Domain Specialists and Product Marketing.Integrate demo environments and tools as required to show ADP product integration.Document procedures and job aids to assist the BC field in the usage of tools.Develop, maintain, and cleanse a consistent and effective data set across the master demo environment.Review technical requirements supplied by Product Management to determine with Domain Specialists what needs to be developed in the demo master environment.Perform first line quality assurance for developed demos by confirming demo performance according to the approved script and use cases; ensure that the implemented functionality is thoroughly tested and delivered on time.Prepare associated documentation such as installation and execution instructions, scripts, and status reports.Provide technically accurate and sustainable resolutions to client-reported problems and document these for future reference.Provide sustainable data models and solutions within the scope of the product to satisfy customer requirements.Work with implementation and product development teams around the globe to identify and report defects.Manage feedback to determine if corrections are needed or new features need to be added.Develop and deploy Product Demonstration Scripts that incorporate the appropriate marketing message and emphasize the ADP value proposition and integration.Communicate issues identified by sales to development, maintain an issue log to monitor resolution, and validate the provided fixes.Provide Tier support backup as required for escalated demo environment issues.Enrich and maintain the ADPworks demo site with new communications, documents, and relevant videos.All documentation and communications are in English; fluency in written and spoken English is essential.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required.Work Experience: 4+ years of experience in Implementation/Service/Pre-Sales or other technical roles related to the job description.REQUIREMENTS:Graduates/Postgraduates in Engineering or Computer Applications is an added advantage.Multilingual Capability (English C1) + any other European language.Proven experience in supporting international customers.Experience in delivering small and mid-size projects.Experience working with HR Information Systems / CRM Systems will be a massive advantage.Good knowledge of the Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.Ability to work in a challenging and demanding environment, alongside other energetic professionals.Experience working in SQL will be an added advantage.Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the product range features, technical limitations, and business benefits.Ability to understand Client business requirements and recommend the appropriate solution while being aware of technical constraints.Good working knowledge of Payroll legislation.Knowledge of HR legislation would be an advantage.Excellent communication in oral, written, and listening skills.Should be fluent in English written and oral.Awareness of the positioning of the product in the marketplace.High standard of personal, product, and technical presentation.Demonstrate organizational skills in product implementation and administration.Excellent logical reasoning skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
