Thais person will report to the General Management of the Hotel, being in charge of a Sales and MICE team, and collaborating closely with the Revenue, Front Desk and F&B department. Main functions and responsibilities: * Preparation, elaboration and supervision of strategic commercial and communication plans to achieve the objectives set by the company. * Review and supervision of pricing policies, sales conditions and distribution channels. * Monitoring and optimisation of the commercial objectives and results of the different business units. * Negotiation and follow-up of existing accounts and acquisition of new accounts. * Ensuring the positioning and leadership of the hotel. * Benchmarking, analysis of results and preparation of reports. * Conducting sales visits and trips, as well as attending trade and official events. * Communication and coordination with the Revenue department. * Planning and execution of events and special projects. * Management, training and coordination of the MICE team. Requisitos : Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree Experience: 5 years minimum. Residence: Barcelona * Languages: Spanish and English native level, other European languages will be highly valued. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work both proactively and independently as well as cross-functionally with different teams. * Analytical and strategic thinking, as well as tact and diplomacy on a day-to-day basis. * Full availability to travel and to perform weekend shifts.
