People & Culture Officer
Reporting to the People Culture Manager and being part of the People & Culture Department, the candidate will play a key role in ensuring the effective implementation of HR processes and initiatives that support employee engagement, talent development, and a positive workplace culture. This role focuses on driving day-to-day HR operations while contributing to the overall well-being and professional growth of employees.
Key responsibilities include:
•Execute processes across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and internal transfers, ensuring a seamless experience.
•Support recruitment efforts by managing job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with managers to hire the best talent aligned with company values.
•Assist in identifying training needs, organizing learning programs, and coordinating workshops to foster employee growth and skill development.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, preparing reports and analytics to support decision-making and monitor key HR metrics.
•Implement activities and programs that reinforce organizational values and enhance employee engagement, including surveys, feedback sessions, and cultural events.
•Promote initiatives that support employee well-being, mental health, and work-life balance, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace.
•Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor regulations, providing guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and best practices.
•Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on workplace issues and escalating matters when necessary to maintain a harmonious work environment.
•Organize team-building activities, workshops, and other events that strengthen collaboration and connection within the organization.
We are looking for a professional with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, and 2 to 4 years of experience in similar roles. Advanced proficiency in English and familiarity with local labor laws are essential; knowledge of international labor practices is a plus.
The ideal candidate should have experience in supporting the employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and engagement initiatives. Additionally, the candidate must be able to address employee concerns, promote well-being programs, and effectively contribute to cultural initiatives that align with company values. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle HR data and analytics, are key to success in this role.
