Job Description
We are looking for a Content Specialist to join our Brand & Media Team. As an integral member, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Team to develop, manage, and optimize digital content across paid campaigns and owned media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Brand & Media Team to design a cohesive content strategy that supports business goals and strengthens brand awareness.
* Work closely with the Digital Team to ensure that all content aligns with broader digital marketing strategies and is effectively optimized for each platform.
* Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across paid campaigns, owned media, and multichannel initiatives.
* Write or revise copy for external campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone, messaging, and objectives.
* Support the development of landing page content in collaboration with external agencies, ensuring it is impactful and on-brand.
* Partner with creative agencies to develop content that meets brand guidelines and campaign needs.
* Oversee the agency's management of social media editorial plans, ensuring consistency with the overall content strategy.
* Create and communicate comprehensive creative briefs to guide agencies and internal stakeholders in delivering impactful content.
* Develop creative concepts for national multichannel campaigns and oversee their execution, including digital, point-of-sale, street marketing, and direct marketing.
* Write or refine copy for campaigns, landing pages, and digital properties, ensuring clarity, engagement, and adherence to brand standards.
* Review, proofread, and approve content to maintain the highest quality and consistency across channels.
* Adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms while maintaining brand voice.
* Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using analytics tools, providing insights to refine future content strategies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in content-digital marketing, or a similar role, with experience managing digital campaigns and social media plans.
* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Proven experience in developing copy for external campaigns and landing pages.
* Experience in managing creative agencies and coordinating complex campaigns.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media tools, and analytics platforms.
* A creative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
* Familiarity with campaign processes and workflows in creative and digital agencies is a plus.
