Responsibilities :
* Talent Acquisition Management : Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure accurate information and high-quality candidate selection.
* Competency-Based Interviews : Conduct Behavior and Competency based interviews, including candidate testing and background checks.
* Network Building : Establish a strong candidate pool for FMCG roles, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
* Employer Branding Support : Drive employer branding initiatives on platforms like LinkedIn.
* Talent Analytics : Analyze recruitment success and identify areas for improvement, implementing targeted strategies as needed.
* Training and Development : Train local managers and HR colleagues on professional behavior and competency-based interviewing skills.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in HR Recruiting, Employer Branding, and Active Sourcing, including HR market data analysis.
* Business fluency in English and at least one other European language, with excellent communication skills across various hierarchical levels and confident training abilities.
* Profound knowledge of Online Recruiting and Social Media Recruiting tools.
* Entrepreneurial and self-motivated work approach, with an emphasis on setting priorities and holistic thinking.
* Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural setting and virtual teams.
