Your Responsibilities Financial Planning & Reporting Develop and manage the annual budgets, segmented by business lines. Conduct monthly budget control, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. Prepare monthly financial reports, P&L statements, and year-end balance sheet. Monitor gross margin, operating margin, and net margin. Analyze and improve cost, expense, and resource efficiency. Calculate actual manufacturing costs and evaluate product profitability. Provide monthly Working Capital development reports. Product & Investment Controlling Calculate product prices for chip products according to IFRS and local GAAP in SAP ERP. Adjust pricing using our tender-based calculation tool. Evaluate the financial feasibility of investment proposals and compare actual vs. estimated ROI. Manage intercompany invoicing (licenses, services) across GD subsidiaries. Handle insurance contracting relevant to the company’s operations. Processes, Projects & Systems Lead and support internal/external audits and inspections. Actively participate in strategic initiatives such as the SAP S/4HANA implementation. Develop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs). Your Technical Profile Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field. 2 years of experience in controlling, FP&A or finance. Advanced English skills (C1); interviews will be held in English. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, cross-referencing, macros). Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems (experience in closings is a plus). What Would Be a Plus Specialized training in controlling or financial analysis. Knowledge of SAP modules or additional ERP training. Experience in multinational teams or corporate environments. Interest in tech-driven industries or manufacturing processes.
