WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a Brand Manager to join our Marketing Ice Cream department in our Barcelona office.
The Brand Manager Desserts will be responsible for the strategy and the business end-to-end of our ice cream desserts in the Restaurant channel, leading the strategy, portfolio, and activation for one of our key pillars and sources of growth.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and Implement the Strategy and the Marketing Plan for Desserts in the Horeca channel
2. Lead 6 P’s Strategy and Activation for Desserts, with special emphasis on developing and implementing the right Portfolio for the whole OOH Road to Market.
3. Lead Desserts P&L: Oversee the Profit & Loss, ensuring financial targets are met.
4. Monitor performance to implement appropriate plan changes.
INNOVATION & RENOVATION
1. Responsible for desserts portfolio management & performance
2. Lead Innovation / Renovation programmes for the different Restaurants and occasions.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. External benchmarking, among competitors and the whole Restaurants industry.
2. Generate insights and value proposals for the consumer and the operator.
3. Develop commercial tools and trade stories for CD Team
4. Follow up channel KPIs
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
1. University degree, with an emphasis in business.
2. 5+ years experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing &/or Sales (preferably OOH)
3. Project Management Experience
4. Solid analytical thinker and P&L owners’ mindset.
5. Business planning and implementation experience.
6. Passionate, energetic, results driven with proven leadership abilities.
7. Obsessed with agility and simplicity.
8. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills and business creativity.
10. Proficient Level of English and Spanish are a must.
11. Valuable experience in Food Service / Horeca channel.
12. Highly valuable passion for food.
