As our new Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a multicultural team who works closely with Sales representatives, from quotation creation until order booking/invoicing and follow up in SAP.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Processing formal quotes in the public tender process and orders, where accuracy and responsiveness are critical.
* Interfacing with sales and customers to provide accurate information, solve problems, and serve in a variety of post-sales functions.
* Serving as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, logistic, installation planning, collections to resolve customer inquiries.
* Managing and coordinating the end-to-end customer experience by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes and compliance requirements.
* Identifying and communicating process improvement opportunities to management.
* Performing routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed procedures.
Qualifications
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Native.
* Time management, multitasking, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated customer service focus.
* Strong computer and systems skills, including accurate data entry.
* Ability to work cohesively with diverse teams and communicate.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Employing a proactive approach, a curiosity to learn, and the ability to take initiative and ownership.
* MS Office experience with emphasis on Excel. SAP/CRM experience preferred.

This job has a full-time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
