Position Summary: The eCommerce Product Owner is essential for enhancing collaboration between Business and IT while promoting Agile practices to drive future value for the company. This role oversees a product, which includes both IT and non-IT capabilities, supported by a multi-skilled Squad team. The eCommerce Product Owner serves as a key interface between the NEO project, the Squad team, and other related projects within the Transformation program.
Dimension of the Role: This role acts as the Customer and Agent Voice throughout the service delivery life cycle, ensuring solutions are designed with customer needs at the forefront. The eCommerce Product Owner collaborates closely with extended NEO project teams, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from various departments such as Finance, Underwriting, and IT, as well as external vendors. Budgeting will be managed by the NEO Project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Articulating and communicating the product vision, managing the Project and Maintenance budget, and overseeing the Customer Experience.
* Defining product features, challenging business requirements, and collaborating closely with the IT owner and realization team to make daily decisions.
* Prioritizing the product backlog based on business value, fostering consensus among business representatives.
* Evaluating business stories, maintaining a clean backlog, organizing workshops, participating in Agile rituals, facilitating user testing, and managing reporting and committee activities.
* Addressing local demands and managing budget transfer requests, ensuring the product’s performance meets established service level agreements (SLAs).
* Supported in the role by the business sponsor, business contributors, business analysts, and when required, project managers for project management capabilities.

Profile:
Familiar with Agile terminology, concepts, and philosophy.
In-depth knowledge and recognized professional in your functional domain, with knowledge of existing IT solutions being a plus.
Knowledgeable in other functional families the post holder needs to interact with.
Previous experience of working with IT teams is a big plus.
Previous experience of working in a multinational environment.
Excellent standard of English, supported by relevant skills and experience against key requirements of the role. Foreign language knowledge is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly and articulate key points out of general ideas, as well as challenge business requirements with good communication/conviction/negotiation skills.
