The Opportunity
The Regional Advocacy Manager plays a pivotal role in strategizing and managing advocacy programs across multiple markets within the region on key social platforms: TikTok and Instagram. This strategic and hands-on position requires a skilled professional with operational expertise who can effectively oversee regional implementation, channel local to global projects, and build strong relationships with Advocacy managers across markets. The role focuses on identifying and assessing key projects to boost social media awareness and virality and equipping local teams and advocates with tailored tools and resources.

Develop and execute a regional advocacy strategy aligned with brand goals and local market needs.

2. Creative Briefing & Toolkit Deployment
Create locally relevant creative briefs for efficient implementation.
Distribute toolkits with campaign guidelines and activation frameworks tailored to the region.
Assist local teams in effective toolkit usage and alignment with objectives.
Collect feedback to refine resources and enhance future programs.
3. Advocacy Programs & Engagement Activities
Support local teams in designing advocacy programs to build long-term relationships.
Suggest new engagement actions (e.g., exclusive launches, collaborations).
Ensure advocacy platforms are effective and relevant.
Continuously evaluate engagement initiatives and adjust strategies.
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Coordinate reporting and analyze advocacy program performance using key metrics.
Use data insights to optimize program execution and advocate engagement.
Share learnings and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
5. Collaboration & Regional Market Insights
Act as a liaison between global and local teams, providing insights and feedback.
Collaborate with PR, Influencer, Social Media, and Marketing teams for integrated advocacy.
Monitor regional trends and competitive activities to keep programs relevant.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in advocacy, influencer marketing, community management, or consumer engagement roles within luxury beauty, fashion, or premium lifestyle industries.
- Regional Expertise: Proven experience managing advocacy programs across multiple markets, with a strong understanding of market-specific nuances and consumer behavior.
- Influencer Marketing Skills: Demonstrated ability to work with top advocates, influencers, and opinion leaders to drive engagement, content creation, and organic amplification.
- Social Media Knowledge: Deep understanding of key platforms’ dynamics (primarily TikTok and Instagram) and emerging trends. Strong social community management skills to drive brand love and business outcomes.
- Creative Briefing Expertise: Ability to craft detailed creative briefs and adapt global assets into regionally and locally relevant content.
- Operational Excellence: Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure seamless execution of regional initiatives.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to optimize advocacy strategies, measure success, and deliver impactful results.
- Communication Strength: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, regional, and local teams and influence stakeholders.
- Cultural Awareness: A deep understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural trends, and consumer behaviors to effectively tailor strategies.
