Tasks
* Take ownership and responsibility for any activity or project that impacts on operational results of the French market
* Assure operations efficiency, by overseeing logistics, coordinating with handling & delivery partners, and optimizing operational processes
* Execute impactful Market Research and Social Media campaigns for brands, and analyze results to enhance brand partnerships
* Develop and refine social media strategies to increase reach and engagement
* Coach, educate, and inspire a small team (3) to perform at their best
* Use data to provide actionable feedback to improve campaigns and customer satisfaction
* Work closely with sales teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for customers and partners
* Prepare and implement country-specific operational plans, manage operational costs, and and track KPIs
Requirements
* Native or full professional level of French
* Professional level of English
* 2+ years of experience managing operations and projects. Logistics knowledge will be highly valued
* Has an interest in social media/market research campaigns
* Strong Excel skills and an analytical mind, able to leverage data in order to draw strategic insights
* Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and manage under tight deadlines
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proactive with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* You are geared towards the experience of the customer
