Position based in Valencia (full remote)
Libon is an international application for calling loved ones, which is recharged like a prepaid SIM card.
It offers a range of top-ups at 5€, 10€ and 20€ to landlines and mobiles in +160 countries.
Libon’s best offers are based on rates negotiated with Orange and MTN in Africa and Globe and Smart in the Philippines, Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan.
These offers are available in physical and digital form through resale networks: telephone shops, tobacconists, kiosks, convenience stores, etc.
Beyond the distribution of Libon offers, it is necessary to better communicate, animate and federate the communities around the application.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The scope concerns the growth of Libon’s turnover in Spain through actions on the field. This includes:
1. Adjusting offers and promotions for their physical distribution.
2. Communicating and animating communities of sellers and buyers around the application.
In B2B, at points of sale that sell our Scratchcards/Epins.
In B2C, direct interaction with application users, associations, households, and influencers within foreign communities (Africans, Asians, Indians, Americans, etc.).
Market analysis:
1. Define its prospecting area, hot spots and its priorities to develop Libon’s sales volumes.
2. Ensure a competitive and technological watch.
3. Identify and prioritize distribution networks and geographical areas of deployment.
4. Hunting and commercial prospecting.
5. Identify lead-generating contacts and study the need for community customers.
6. Test the different distribution networks and different customer promotion logic.
7. Implementation of the Trade marketing plan decided by the management.
8. Be creative / force of proposals to make Libon even more visible and known to points of sale and diasporas.
9. Implementation of the POS in the points of sale to ensure minimum visibility of the product in the partner networks.
10. List the points of sale that offer Libon products.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. +2 years of experience in field sales and operational marketing / Trade marketing/community distribution in Valencia area would be a plus.
2. Talent for negotiation and a strong appetite for acquiring new customers.
3. Good knowledge of the diasporas and their consumption habits in the area.
4. Good knowledge of Excel and numbers in general.
5. Excellent communication skills (written/oral).
6. Voluntary, dynamic and enthusiastic.
7. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal Libon / external Networks.
8. English and French (intermediate level) and a 3rd African language like wolof are mandatory for the position.
9. Driver’s license mandatory.
