In a typical day as an Inside Sales Account Manager for Switzerland, you would:
* Sell HPE products, services, and solutions to existing and new Enterprise Accounts via phone.
* Identify new customers, products, and business potentials.
* Establish and maintain relationships in order to cooperate with decision-makers.
* Cover all activities from preparation of configurations and offers, contract management and conclusion, up to roll-out management as part of the project management and professional escalation management.
* Be responsible for turnover and margins.
* Depending on role, may require a hunter approach or strategic 'farmer or relationship selling' approach.
If you are:
* Fully fluent in German and English. Swiss-German is a plus.
* Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen.
* Aligned to our core values.
* Holding a Bachelor's degree in business administration or computer science or equivalent qualification.
* Able to understand the company's portfolios of products and services.
* A professional with knowledge of IT and/or industry solutions, products, and services to solve business challenges.
* Able to collaborate within a team and may lead a sub-team.
* Knowledgeable of a Customer Relationship Management system or Salesforce system.
* Able to clearly articulate Hewlett Packard Enterprise value propositions and solution discussions with customers.
* Able to take on more complex accounts and direct and global engagements.
* Able to develop a good relationship with customers and partners.
* Excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation.
