About the Role:
The Knot Worldwide seeks a seasoned CRM Director with 10+ years of experience to drive marketing automation strategies and lead international marketing initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee CRM strategy, manage global couple and vendor communications, and collaborate cross-functionally to create personalized customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute email and mobile journeys that engage consumers and vendors, driving engagement and customer lifetime value
• Identify opportunities to improve audience segmentation, content, timing, and frequency through continuous improvement
• Create personalized experiences using dynamic content and leverage data-driven insights to optimize email campaigns
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive customer and commercial goals
• Partner with internal teams to integrate data sources and support email campaigns
Requirements:
• 10+ years of B2B and B2C experience, including 5+ years of CRM management experience and 5 years of people management experience
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, including experience with SFMC's contact data model
• Expert-level experience in AMPScript for dynamic content creation
• Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Audience Builder
• Strong ability to leverage data-driven insights for optimizing email campaigns and achieving measurable results
What We Offer:
The Knot Worldwide provides a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
