Deep Detection is a growing company with an expanding range of products for industrial clients and OEMs. The company serves a diverse range of inspection markets, including Food, Pharmaceutical, Industrial NDT, Electronics, and Security. We are looking for a full cycle Account Executive who will be responsible for the sales of Deep Detection’s Portfolio products.
Responsibilities
* Grow the business by generating sales leads, presenting the product portfolio, preparing offers, negotiating and closing orders.
* Travel to customer locations to build strong, long lasting relationships and understand their needs first hand.
* Maintain relationships with OEM customers by making periodic visits and phone calls.
* Promote the technology benefits and product features through multiple channels to drive customer adoption of current and next generation products.
* Develop strategies to address technical customer requirements with the Product Management Team.
* Build outstanding customer experiences in collaboration with Product Management and Technical Service Teams.
* Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing market surveys, and attending related industrial trade shows and exhibitions.
* Deliver accurate and timely reporting such as weekly/monthly reporting meeting/event reports.
* Manage contacts, quotes, and orders in CRM system.
* Develop the sales funnel, priorities, and maintain sales forecasts.
Skills & Qualifications - Essential
* Minimum of 3 years experience closing sales and building B2B relationships.
* 5 years experience of lead generation and business development with OEMs.
* Track record of success stories in customer facing roles in non-destructive testing, industrial inspection, and/or radiographic imaging.
* Demonstrated ability to build credibility and maintain influential relationships with key stakeholders.
* Willing to learn new technology applications and the ability to thrive in a dynamic growth environment.
* Well established verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to travel internationally between 25%-40% of the time.
Skills & Qualifications - Beneficial
* Bachelor’s Degree in a technical/engineering discipline.
* Experience with X-ray technologies.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Good problem solver, able to anticipate issues and create solutions.
* Interest and experience with Generative AI.
