Currently, we need to reinforce our Purchasing and Import team by incorporating a Purchasing Assistant.
Responsibilities
1. Pass and follow up orders for EU purchases and imports.
2. Manage purchasing and import documentation.
3. Update internal databases with order details.
4. Coordinate and manage purchases from subsidiaries.
5. DAP management.
6. Management of supplier files.
7. Incident management with suppliers.
Requirements
1. Languages: High level of English.
2. Good organisational skills.
Valuable
1. Previous and recent experience of at least 2 years as a logistics, import/export or purchasing clerk.
2. Training in the field of international trade among other related training.
