Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be pivotal in understanding and addressing the needs of our international travellers. Your responsibilities include:
1. Listening to, responding to, and mediating between travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide, ensuring top-notch customer service.
2. Clarifying inquiries regarding services, payments, and technical requirements, providing precise information, and following established processes via email and phone.
Requirements:
1. Language Skills: Proficient in Icelandic (C2 level) and advanced English.
2. Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient with PC usage, including Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms.
4. Mindset: Problem-solving, solution-oriented, positive, and motivated, capable of handling challenging customer issues.
5. Work Approach: Goal-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities and business processes.
6. Experience: Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is valued.
7. Availability: Able to work both from the office and remotely (within 100km from the office).
