Responsibilities and tasks related to the position
1. Implementation/Support of Finance modules of AX V2012 + Coupa (Purchasing tool) + Notilus (travel Expense tool) + Core and payroll modules of Meta4 (Human Resources) and other software in the future such as Reporting, etc.
2. Development of ad-hoc projects to solve specific needs of Spanish group companies
3. Provide maintenance for the different companies of the group supported in Spain
4. Ability to lead workshops
5. Writing of detailed functional specifications & training documents
6. Recipe and regression tests, user training
7. Identification of opportunities in the use of AX V2012 to ensure maximum ease and productivity
8. Identification of new Finance IT projects that may add significant value to the business
9. Integration of Mergers and Acquisitions into the Spanish support model
Requisitos
1. Education - graduate in Business or Engineering
2. +3 years of experience in some of the following areas: HR (Meta4 ideally), Finance (AX V2012 but other ERP such as SAP, IFS, SAGE X3 would also be relevant), Purchasing, Procurement and Stock Management modules (COUPA ideally).
3. Experience in systems integration
4. SQL language and database will be an important plus.
5. Experience in training & interacting with end users
6. Functional knowledge of HR processes and accounting flows
7. Fluent English, French would be a plus

1. High level of autonomy. A doer, someone who does not mind getting his/her hands dirty
2. Teamwork and coordination skills with interlocutors not specialized in computer systems or not specialized in functional processes (PTP / OTC / FIN).
3. Very high rigor and sense of organization. Methodical, analytical and synthetic
4. Travelling: depending on ongoing projects but maybe up to 15%, mainly Spain
5. Permanent contract
6. Availability: as soon as possible
