We are seeking an Art Director with expertise in branding, website, and communications design to join our creative team. This role focuses on developing compelling visual identities, impactful website designs, and engaging communications strategies. The ideal candidate has a refined design aesthetic, is fluent in a wide range of digital mediums, and can take creative strategy and execute beautiful designs.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the visual design and brand identity development for luxury and lifestyle brands.
* Design and oversee the production of digital assets, including website layouts, branded content, and marketing collateral.
* Collaborate closely with the strategy, content, and performance teams to create cohesive, on-brand experiences across channels.
* Direct and mentor junior designers, providing creative feedback and fostering professional growth.
* Present and articulate design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback to align with client goals.
* Research and stay updated on design trends, competitor strategies, and innovative tools to keep our agency's output cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
* 8-10 years of design experience, with a focus on branding, website, and communications design.
* 5+ years of experience in a senior level position, ideally in an agency.
* Proven experience in the hospitality or luxury lifestyle sectors is preferred.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with Figma or Sketch.
* Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity, website design, and visual storytelling.
* Exceptional visual and verbal presentation skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
* Ability to lead multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and managing client expectations.
* Naturally creative with a strategic mindset; passion for storytelling and brand-building.
