Responsibilities:
* Clean, interpret and analyze data using SQL and Python.
* Visualize insights and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
* Provide ongoing reports within BI systems like PowerBI.
* Understand complex systems and apply statistical methods to data.
* Seamless collaboration with an agile team of data engineers & consultants.
* Commitment to advancing the development of data pathways.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, visualization, and statistical modeling.
* Proven experience with Python (including libraries like pandas) for data manipulation and analysis.
* Hands-on experience with serverless technologies for building and managing data pipelines, ideally AWS.
* Experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing.
* Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
* Initial experience in independent automotive aftermarket and adaptability to new industries and markets.
* Fluent in business English (at least B2 level). Additional languages are a bonus.

Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.
