This role will support the invoice to cash functions to ensure the timely reception of customer payments, fulfilling the working capital requirements of the company. Additionally, it assists the customer service manager with the company’s orders of the export business according to forecasted deliveries.Key Responsibilities :Managing export documents and the flow of goods release of the export business.Informing customers about their deliveries and following up with them.Working together with Logistics to follow up on orders and incidents.Follow up and accounting of payments.Requirements :Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or International Trade.At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.Advanced English level is a must.French and Spanish speaking is a nice to have.Detail and process-oriented.Organization skills.Assertive communication.Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.
