**Application Sales Manager Role Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Sales Manager to join our team at ABB, a leading robotics and machine automation supplier. As a key member of our sales support strategy team, you will have the opportunity to adapt and implement sales strategies for designated areas, aligning with our global approach.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading a team of Application Engineers, overseeing them to deliver technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions that support customer processes. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and developing the Application team and application sales strategy in a country/region.
This role is part of the Autonomous Mobile Robotics Product Group within the robotic division in Spain. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing a transversal ABB team, which includes developing and implementing solutions, product packages, and software applications, as well as supporting in preparing sales proposals and negotiating contracts.
The ideal candidate will possess high qualified communication skills, a willingness to lead a young transversal and international team, and experience working with Autocad, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel. A strong passion for team working and crosswise relations within a high-tech Company is essential. Additionally, an engineering degree in Robotics or Automation and proficiency in English and Spanish are required.
