We’re looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing and executing CRM strategies that deliver personalised, impactful experiences for our patients. This position will focus on building, implementing and optimising campaign strategies and customer journeys, ensuring the seamless alignment of CRM initiatives with the marketing and overall business goals.
What You’ll Do
CRM Strategy Development: Strategically map out and optimize the different touchpoints in the CRM funnel, and design CRM marketing strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on customer engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, web pop-ups, in-app messaging), ensuring content resonates with target audiences and achieves desired outcomes.
Audience Segmentation and Personalization: Define customer segmentation strategies and leverage data insights to deliver personalized experiences tailored to each segment.
Asset Creation and Management: Develop marketing assets (email templates, SMS/WhatsApp copy, automated workflows, etc.) by leveraging CRM tools and collaborating closely with other marketing departments, including the content and design teams, to ensure consistency and alignment with broader campaigns.
Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor campaign KPIs (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates), analyze performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the CRM team to ensure campaigns are fully supported by robust systems, accurate data integration, and automation. Additionally, collaboration with other marketing sub-departments as well as with other teams across the company ( Patient Care, Sales, Booking, etc.), will be essential to ensure that campaigns are effectively executed, and customer experiences are optimized at every touchpoint.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience in CRM marketing, ideally in a mid-level role within a tech-driven, healthcare, or consumer-focused organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, or Klaviyo).
Experience with A/B testing and optimising campaign elements to drive better results.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyse campaign performance metrics etc..
Knowledge of design tools like Figma.
Fluent proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication).
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email marketing customisation.
Understanding of UX/UI principles.
Experience in the beauty/wellness/health industry.
Proficiency in German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese.
