ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Global HR Services Specialist who wants to be a part of our multinational team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing HR operations, ensuring seamless processes across various HR functions, and providing first-level support for HR systems and employee inquiries.
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Process HR tickets for the international HR community (1st Level Support), focusing on SAP HCM, SAP BW, or other HR systems.
* Provide 1st Level Support to ensure consistency in HR system usage globally.
* Organize and implement SAP HR user training sessions for international HR system users.
* Manage data administration in HR systems, including onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment processes.
* Assist HR teams in maintaining accurate employee master data.
* Generate and prepare HR-related reports and statistics for internal and external stakeholders.
* Support the optimization of HR processes and systems, including documentation, and contribute to planning and implementing HR projects.
* Support with system year-end activities including testing responsibilities, and other annual HR processes.
* Collect and develop requirements for current and future HR IT solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or Business IT or other training with corresponding further education in HR and/or IT
* Initial project experience, preferably in the field of HRM and/or HR IT environment
* Knowledge of HR management procedures and work processes
* Knowledge of SAP HCM, SF and SAP BW or other HCM solutions; additional HR IT tools are an advantage
* Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) is required; VBA knowledge is a plus
* Awareness of how current legislation impacts employment practices
* Active and forward-looking personality with a high affinity to the HR system and process landscape and with analytical competence
* Structured, process- and result-oriented working method
* High solution orientation, reliability, sense of responsibility
* Keen interest in providing a superior level of customer service
* Very good spoken and written English
* Ideally 2 other languages: ideally German/Spanish/French/Italian
