The Business Consulting team has a key role and a strong contribution to the Sales win rate. They must understand customer needs and align them with the spectrum of France Product and Service offerings.In this pre-sales position, you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your ADP service expertise and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges particularly related to Payroll / HR, absence management, and integration with other multinational ADP offerings.The main focus area of the Business Consultant (BC) supporting France is to assist Digital Sales teams (up to 350 ees) with RFP answering (request for proposal) BoB (best of breed) offerings Decidium and ADPLink. These include questionnaires covering topics such as functionalities, services delivery, implementation, technical requirements, etc.RFP answering involves project management tasks (Bid management), such as organizing the worksplit between various internal stakeholders, coordinating content owners, and other SMEs across various business units to ensure response packages are consolidated and delivered in a timely manner.To meet this objective, the Business Consultant will use content materials, collaterals, and supporting documentation stored in a dedicated tool (Responsive) that acts as a repository for standard answers and templates.The BC will also be responsible for curating the Responsive content database, ensuring it’s maintained up to date.In addition to this role and as an ADP products expert, the BC may be asked to deliver first-level webex presentations of local platforms – collective demos (Decidium).The Business Consultant may also be requested to contribute by creating product video demo recordings that will be leveraged by Sales with their prospects in various stages of the sales cycle.KEY TASKS:RFx answering using the Responsive database and collaterals available on different internal portalsBuilding an internal network of contacts to reference in seeking expertise on complex inquiries (service, implementation, research and development, sales, etc.)Collaborate with various ADP teams and other internal stakeholders in validating complex answers (security, IT, marketing, product management, implementation, R&D service, etc.)Deliver collective demos on Decidium following a predefined calendarRecord product videos for Sales to leverage throughout the sales cycleContribute to Responsive content management and improvement ensuring content is up to date, relevant, and consistent with RFP demands.Attend recurrent calls with product, implementation, research & development, etc. for product training purposesOther specific activities as required by the business. The role is fluid and flexible, based on country requirements, market shifts, evolving sales strategy, etc. It requires high adaptability and an agile mindset.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:French: native speaker/writer or fluent (C2) and English: fluent speaker/writer (C1)Candidate should have a high level of technical writing skills in English/French. He/She should be able to summarize or rephrase answers, depending on the level of detail required by the RFP. Content should be customized to the prospect’s field of activity and specifics.Ability to take complex subjects and distill them into a simplistic message to ensure that our clients/prospects understand the value and benefit of our services and multinational solutions.Candidate must also be comfortable talking in English/French with diverse audiences, appropriately adjusting technical content to meet differing knowledge and interest, and juggling meetings with multiple audience levels.3-5 years of experience in similar roles (proposal consultant, pre-sales, sales or service consultant, client success manager, HR/PY admin)High level of mastery of MS Office is mandatory (building ppt presentations, customizing excel questionnaires coming from prospects, building response templates in word)Knowledge of ADP offerings (Decidium, ADPLink) and French payroll is a big plusHuman Resources / Payroll / Service / Sales backgroundCANDIDATE PROFILE:Client/prospect-focused, strong time and project management capabilities.
