Your tasks :
1. You establish and develop the sales model for our STR business at the central level, covering strategies for specific products and you collaborate with sales teams across countries to adapt and deploy strategies locally for maximum effectiveness.
2. In this role you optimize sales channels to maximize reach and effectiveness and you develop strategies to attract and retain customers through these channels always in collaboration with the marketing team and country-level teams to ensure consistent strategy execution.
3. For marketing support you develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote our STR offering and you ensure consistent communication across all channels and markets.
4. You analyze sales data and indicators to identify trends and forecast potential challenges and you foster collaboration with local teams to implement corrective actions and growth opportunities in sales, channel coverage, and customer satisfaction.
Your qualifications :
1. You have completed a business degree, e.g. Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field and have sound professional experience in Sales Management or Related Roles.
2. You can show us a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
3. Your experience in multi-country sales operations and the ability to adapt to different markets and manage operations across countries is really important for us, as well as your strong communication skills with stakeholders.
4. Your team-oriented way of working, implementation strength and initiative set you apart and you communicate fluently in English; another European language could be a benefit.
5. You have a strong willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
