Join the Truck Assistance International - Customer Service team at AXA Partners – Barcelona

We are looking for agents to join the Truck Assistance International (TAI) team!

What will you do in this role?
1. Know in detail the different types of insurance policies of our clients and apply the corresponding conditions in each case.
2. Advise and guide clients towards appropriate solutions.
3. Coordinate all necessary steps of the assistance: answer international phone calls and e-mails, register cases and document actions in our IT system, organize appropriate assistance, and ensure the closure of each file.
4. Provide quick and adapted customer service responses, in accordance with the coverage guaranteed in the customer's insurance policy.
5. Assign necessary professionals for the transfer of the vehicle and for the transfer of the occupants.
6. Perform administrative tasks (sending faxes, e-mails, use of templates to manage vehicle rentals, hotels, cabs, ticket reservations).
7. Work in a team environment to ensure proper case management, always following established internal procedures and protocols.
8. Participate in regular meetings with your line manager and counterparts, relying on them for the resolution of files.
9. Manage invoices and claims related to each case.
Conditions
Contract: Temporary
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Shift will be mentioned in the recruitment process)
Start Date: May 19th

You Are Perfect for This Role If You Have:
1. High written and spoken proficiency in one of the following language combinations: French / Italian / English, Spanish / Italian / English, German / Spanish / English, or French / Spanish / English.

Previous experience in telephone customer service or customer-facing roles is a plus!
