About the Role:
The Divisional Personnel Manager is responsible of ensuring that all personnel activities are carried out within the Manufacturing division to meet in accordance with Group Personnel Policies and Procedures and with relevant local regulations by providing all Personnel and Administrative support to Divisional H.R. Manager (Manufacturing) with regard to Personnel department activities.
Activities:
* General Employee Inductions (Senior Level)Ensure that employees are aware of Personnel Policies, Procedures and Country’s Laws & regulations to get employee knows about the organization well.
* Implementation of Personnel PoliciesEnsure that Managers are fully aware of Company’s Policies and Procedures, Labour Laws of KSA & seriousness of breaches of Policies and employee grievances to have effective implementation of HR principles.
* Medical ServicesEnsure that employees are provided medical facilities as per Company Policy to avoid occupational diseases and health problems and try to minimise and control medical cost within the agreed budget and by coordination with Company Dr. and Site Clinic.
* PayrollEnsure timely payment to all staff by providing necessary documents to payroll on time to process payment timely/accurately.
* ContractsEnsure that all employees are holding a valid contracts at all the times by all CRR are cleared from Department Heads timely / accurately and employees signed their contract before its expiry.
* Ministry LiaisonEnsure efficient / timely achievement of Public and Ministry Liaison tasks to get the work carried out in time.
* ATMMinimize cash payment by ensuring all employees are paid through SBB only
* Accident / GOSI ReportsEnsure that all work-related accidents are reported to GOSI through HO and GOSI personnel.
Requirement:
The Potential candidates must beSAUDIand meet the requirements mentioned below:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related.
* Excellent command of spoken and written English language.
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR/Administration.
* 4 years of experience at the managerial level.
* SAP- HR Module or related HR Management System experience.
* Previous experience in FMCG is preferred.
* Management & Leadership skills.
