Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.
As part of the End to End Digital Customer Relationships, Installed base tracking has become one of the key pillar to grow drastically Services revenues: both field services and digital services.
Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Lead to join our Installed Base Team.
The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding and hands-on experience with various Informatica Cloud integration modules as well as SAP Integration tools such Cloud Integration and PI/PO. You will play a crucial role in integrating different systems, ensuring seamless data flow and developing strategic API integrations to bolster our business capabilities.
Schneider Installed base (IB) is the central data platform where all the product asset data that we track is collected, qualified, consolidated and exposed. Unify if the central ERP (SAP Cloud Based) where all non north American and Chinese corporate ERP are merging.
What will you do?
The Unify Integration Lead (Installed Base) is a key team member of installed base digital capability. When working on the Schneider, its role is to:
* Leading the design and development efforts for our systems integration projects and coordinating with other technical and business team leads on our larger technical implementations related to Unify.
* Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and align them with business objectives.
* Ensure best practices are followed in API and integration development, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and security.
* Offer experience in SAP Cloud integration suite, such as CPI, SAP PI and SAP PO.
* Offer expertise in the Informatica Cloud modules, including API center, API Manager, API Portal, Application Integration, Application Integration Console, Data Integration, and Monitor.
* Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
* Keep abreast of the latest advancements in integration technologies and trends to recommend process improvements and technology upgrades.
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Coordinate with project managers and other team leads to ensure project timelines are met.
- Participate in architecture review board meetings and make strategic recommendations for integration architecture related to Unify.
- Monitor integration points, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* 4+ years’ experience working in IT Integration roles.
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent (technical background required)
* Comprehensive knowledge and hand-on experience with SAP Integration tools and patterns.
* Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud modules, especially the modules listed above.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Knowledge of best practices in integration architecture and API design.
* A desire for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
* Understanding of service business processes is a plus.
* Knowledge of any of the following tools is a plus: Apigee, Swagger, Snaplogic and Kafka event hub.
