Learning & Talent Development Specialist

The Learning & Talent Development Specialist will design and implement learning initiatives for employees to learn new skills, improve upon the ones they already have, and gain more knowledge. Improve their strengths to become better employees.
What your responsibilities will be
* Provides support to the Talent & Organizational Development strategy and services from a global perspective to identify business needs tied to developing and engaging human capital.
* Plans, develops, builds and implements the Grifols' Training Plan according to our Learning Strategy, consistently aligned with external vendors to design and create the most business adapted learning solutions.
* Global and local coordination of corporate programs (onboarding, professional, digital & leadership development) according to their defined learner experience, as well as the coordination of Languages and Office programs.
* Participates in ad’hoc projects related to professional development, continuous improvement, digitalization and talent management (performance management, Talent Review) between others.
* Provides support in the new or existing global Talent Programs (Talent, GROW, Strategy, etc.) in close collaboration with the Talent teams in Spain & NA.
* Manages and maintains a learning management system (LMS), as well as coordinates Grifols’ On-demand learning platform.
* Periodically evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and reports it.
* Reports information for HR Reports addressed to HR or other Grifols' areas as requested (i.e. Training plans).
* Stays abreast of new trends and techniques in employee Learning & Development.
* Collaborates in the operative and logistic tasks of the department, especially regarding training/interventions/facilitations with teams (room reservations, searching and purchasing materials for sessions, contacting suppliers, preparing and configuring technological platforms, etc.).
* Collaborates with the management of psychometric reports used in various training sessions through the provider or platforms in collaboration with the course manager (P.I / DISC / Belbin, etc.).

* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Labor Relations, Economics or related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Learning, Talent Management, Development or Organizational Design. Having worked in an international /Corporate environment is valued.
* Experience of working effectively in multi-disciplinary and cultural teams and fast-paced environments.
* Advance in English (C1). Valuable other languages.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office.
* Strong analytical and digital skills.
* Good planning ability and detail oriented.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methodologies.
* Creative and resolutive approach to problem solving.
* Consultation and facilitation skills. Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity to learn about new businesses, sector trends and solutions.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model
Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
