Digital Customer Success Manager - SAP Concur

Key Responsibilities:
* Complete proactive customer outreach at all stages of the customer lifecycle.
* Meet and exceed account retention and revenue goals.
* Conduct customer business reviews to drive adoption and expansion of services.
* Collaborate with Client Sales Executives to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Establish relationships with customers as trusted advisors and drive customer value realization.
* Contribute to process development and organizational growth projects.
* Maintain a clean book of business and ensure data integrity.
* Advocate for clients and provide guidance across internal teams.
* Develop expertise in Concur products.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in English (French or Spanish) is required.
* A minimum of a few years' experience in Customer Success, Customer Engagement, or Account Management roles.
* A strong team player who can collaborate across multiple teams.
* A highly structured approach with excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong business acumen and the ability to drive value-based conversations.
* The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

As a Digital Customer Success Partner, you will be responsible for a large portfolio of Enterprise customers. You will utilize low-touch/virtual engagement to deliver an exceptional customer experience by leveraging digital tools and technology.
