Spain Branch Manager – Small Home Appliances ID BMS

Job Description :
We have been present in the Spanish market for years and our sales channels are appliance stores and hardware stores. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our commercial branch based in Valencia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales, optimizing business performance, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. We expect the ideal candidate to open and develop the mass retail channel. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the small home appliances market.
Key Responsibilities :
* Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch revenue targets and expand market share.
* Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive growth.
* Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth and efficient branch operations, including logistics, inventory management, and compliance with company policies.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and motivation.
* Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing customer needs proactively.
* Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adapt business strategies accordingly.
* Financial Management: Prepare budgets, control expenses, and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability.
Qualifications & Skills :
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales management or branch leadership within the small home appliances or consumer electronics industry.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
* Results-oriented, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
