Hewlett-Packard seeks a seasoned Pricing Operations Director to drive cost trend analysis, repricing activities, and pricing process execution alignment. The ideal candidate will have 15-18 years of experience in pricing operations roles, process planning, or related functional areas.
This role impacts large functions and leads large cross-divisional teams or projects. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading cost trend deep dive, P&L simulation, and repricing activities
* Collaborating with Bid desk, market category team, and compliance operation team for pricing process execution alignment
* Developing new pricing tools with the project team to ensure tool development aligns with pricing process and meets business objectives
The successful candidate will possess advanced university degrees or demonstrable equivalent, strong business acumen, technical knowledge, and excellent analytical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills.
This is a high-impact role that requires innovative solutions to complex problems within established policy. The base pay range for this role is $118,050 to $181,800 USD annually, with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applicable to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
